We provide a logbook for each account to make sure that our employees and your staff are communicating effectively. If you have a question or problem, call our office or leave a note in the book and it will be remedied within 24 hours.

How do you integrate quality control into your cleaning program?

Communication is the key to resolving any issues. In addition to our daily logbook, we also mail a monthly quality survey which provides you the opportunity to let us know how we are doing. We are available 24/7 to address any problems or concerns that you may have.

Do you provide a trial period?

We can do a 30-day trial period at the rate proposed and if you do not like any part of our service you will not be locked in.

Do you have references I can call?

We will provide you with current references so you can speak directly with our clients.

Do you provide your own cleaning products?

We provide all the cleaning supplies and trained labor necessary to complete the job each time we arrive at your facility.

Do you provide day porter services?

If needed, we can designate someone for you.
